First you have to envision yourself (loved ones) in a glass dome. Inside the glass dome is a brilliant blue light and that is for peace and tranquility. On the outside of the dome is a bright while light, that is so you can see for miles. On the outside of the dome and surrounding the dome are mirrors facing away from the dome. Those mirrors are so if some is sending anything negative to you the mirrors will send it back to the sending WITH LOVE.
Then you need to do a blessing protection pray saying that you are being protected by God, the universe and this glass dome. Anything that is sent to me that could hurt me, harm me or that is not for my higher good, it will be sent back to the sending through the mirrors WITH LOVE. You must do this for 3 times a day for 30 days, after that you only need to do it once a day. Once you put yourself in the Dome you never take yourself out of it.
Next way to protect yourself from negative energy that maybe sent to you. If you know who the person might be or name of the group. If you have a picture that works best, but if not, then you take a piece of paper that is about a 3×2 and write their name on it, if you know their birthday write that on the piece of paper, if not it is not a big deal. Then you are going to take a piece of aluminum foil that is about 3x’s the size of the paper you wrote on. Lay the foil flat on the table and place the paper you wrote on and lay it face up on the foil. Then you take fresh lemon slices and lay them over the paper that you wrote the name on, then you cover the lemon slices with natural sea salt. The while it is laying flat, you are going to fold the foil over the paper, lemon slices and sea salt without dislodging anything. Once you have it fold it tight, You are going to carefully pick it up keeping it as flat as you can and then keeping it flat you are going to put it in the back of your freezer and leave it there permently and don’t touch it. It takes about 7-10 days to freeze their energy. You will feel the difference. This doesn’t hurt them, it just freezes their energy
